Since from his early life he had worded for the betterment of people and served local masses in social sector especially in education and health. He has done a remarkable role in this regard.
Along these activities he became Socio-Political activists and founded a Social forum under the banner Shahdad Kot Shairi Ithad and become its first president, He sponsored a labor union and worked for the unity of labor and their betterment.
He played a key role in the social, human and legal rights of the citizens, once when two youth of Shahdad Kot Sadam Hussain and Kapil Deve kidnapped he tried his best to released them safely, this was the era when a entered to serious mode of life, he felt at the moment that if we want peace and justice for all in full society we must have to play a key role in the politics of suppressed people.
He got u turn of his life from social activities to political activities and become a active member of Jeay Sindh Students Federation (JSSF). He started the study of books of Sain G.M Syad and got inspired deeply. Later on he become the General Secretary of JSSF and reached to the senior vice chairman of JSQM after some time. He also elected he chairman of central election committee of 9 (JSSF) as well as (JSQM).
During his political carrier when some sort of differences erupted between Abdul Wahid Aresaar and Bashir Khan Qureshi, he becomes an organizer of an organizing committee which had been established for the resolution of the issue.
Later on the resolution of the issue Abdul Wahid Aresaar and Bashir Khan Qureshi separated from each other went to organized their own organizations under the different titles; Shaheed Sirai Qurban Khwar joined the (JSQM) Aresser and worked with him till two years in capacity of senior vice chairman.
During is period of his political carrier he managed the freedom march from larkana to sun, protests in Karachi, Larkana, Shahdad Kot and so many other cities of Sindh against the settlement of illegal immigrants in Sindh under the shadow of establishment to convert Sindhies into minority in their Mother Land Sindh. He organized several demonstrations against Kala Bagh Dam throughout Sindh. He headed the delegation of (JSQM) to Islam Abad for the release of Dr. Safadar Sariki and to discuss on several other serious issues of Sindh with authorities of United Nations and to produce a memorandum to the Consulates of the different countries. He worked hard to achieve the purpose and done a good job.
In 2009 Shaheed Sirai Qurban Khwar took a extreme decision of his political carrier he left the (JSQM) Bashir Khan Qureshi and joined the (JSMM) Shafi Muhammad Burfat and elected as a vice chairman also, he worked at the post till his last days of life when he burned alive with his colleges Rooplo Cholyani and Noorallah Tunio near district Sanghar by the agencies of the terrorist state.
He married in 1987 and left five daughters, two sons and a wife in his core family to morn, his two sons are in primary education while his older daughter Dr. Pirah Khuhawar Studies at Chandka Medical Collage Larkana
He served the Nation his whole life and worked hard day and night, he lived a struggle full life and never remained calm and cool he did not liked to demise of bad instead he ever liked a death in war so he fought for his mother land and on 21 April 2011 he killed along with his two colleges by state terrorist near by Khpro Road Sangher.
He provide his words not to die on bad, He lived gloriously and died legendary.
